The Friends of the Carnegie Library are hosting their 7th annual Winter Tea on Saturday, December 7 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM. This year's event will be held for the first time at the newly restored Carnegie Library at 426 Bemidji Ave
Guest Speaker Cecelia Wattles McKeig, noted Bemidji historian and author will give a presentation on "Christmas Celebrations of the Past
Along with tea and goodies, there will be a silent auction. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. and are available at the Tourist Information Center or at City Hall
