We are limited to 70 anglers, so please return your registration form as soon as possible. Selection is based on "first come first served"Entry fee: $50.00 Per angler
A $30.00 deposit is required with each registration.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Forms without deposit or unsigned forms, will be considered incomplete. You will receive a letter of confirmation within two weeks of posting your registration.
