We're starting our 2019 fall cooking class semester off with a journey to New Orleans--by way of the community kitchen! Join instructor Malisa vanMaasdam on Wednesday, Sept. 18th at 5:30 pm and learn about gumbo, jambalaya, Creole cuisine--even learn to make an authentic roux!
