Description
Let's have fun fishing at the park for National Go Fishing Day! Learn how to cast, about what kinds of fish are in Lake Bemidji, the kinds of bait people use and try fishing off our fishing pier.
Bring your own fishing pole or a limited number will be available to borrow. Bait will be provided.
This program is geared for ages 6-12, but all ages are welcome.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Non-Minnesota residents ages 16 and older will need a fishing license.
All vehicles entering the park need a valid Minnesota State Park vehicle permit which is $7 for the day or $35 for a year.
